Non-Returnable Items (Custom Lighters)
- All personalized Zippo lighters (with custom engraving/design) are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. This is because the item is uniquely made for you and cannot be resold.
- Exceptions are only made for items that are damaged during shipping or defective (e.g., a mechanical issue with the Zippo insert or an error in the engraving that deviates from the confirmed design proof).
Damaged or Defective Items (Exception)
- If your product arrives damaged or you believe it is defective, you must contact us at cluxvnllc@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
- We require clear photographic evidence of the damage or defect.
- Upon confirmation of the damage or defect, we will, at our discretion, offer you a full refund or a replacement free of charge.
