1. Order Processing Time (The Customization Period)

• Given that all Zippo lighters are customized:
  • Laser Engraving: Please allow 1 to 2 business days for design preparation, engraving, and quality inspection.
  • Handcraft Engraving: Please allow 30 to 45 business days for detailed hand-engraving and inspection.
• You will receive a notification once your order is ready to ship.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

• Shipping charges and delivery estimates (e.g., Standard, Express) will be calculated and displayed at the checkout page based on your delivery address.
• Delivery estimates begin after the initial processing time has been completed.

3. Zippo Fuel and Safety Regulations

• Important Notice: Due to international and domestic shipping regulations, all Zippo lighters are shipped without fuel (lighter fluid). You will need to purchase Zippo lighter fluid separately once your order is received.

4. Tracking Information

• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email that includes your tracking number(s). You can track your package directly through the provided link.
