1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using the CLuxvn website and placing an order for our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
2. Product Authenticity and Customization
- Authenticity: All Zippo lighters sold by CLuxvn are 100% genuine and authentic Zippo products.
- Custom Work: We offer laser-engraving and handcrafted custom engraving services. You are responsible for the content (text, images, designs) you submit for customization.
- Refusal of Service: CLuxvn reserves the right to refuse any customization request that is deemed offensive, illegal, hate-related, infringing on intellectual property rights, or otherwise inappropriate, at our sole discretion. In such cases, your order will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued.
3. Pricing and Payment All prices are subject to change without notice. We accept various forms of payment as displayed on our checkout page. By submitting an order, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method.
4. Order Cancellation and Changes Due to the personalized nature of our products, order changes or cancellations must be requested within 6 hours of placing the order. Once the customization process has begun, the order cannot be cancelled or modified.
